Church House Inn - Macclesfield

Unfortunately, The Church House Inn has permanently closed its doors. Despite this, they accepted a reservation and payment for a room from a family member of mine who was visiting from overseas. Discovering that the accommodation was closed after arriving at 8 PM on a Sunday following a long flight was far from ideal. I just hope they are able to recover their money. Rooms: 1, Service: 1, Location: 5.

June 2023: The Church House is currently closed. Its future is uncertain, but there are indications that it may undergo some renovations and reopen. Location rating: 5.

**Service:** 5 **Location:** 5 **Hotel Highlights:** Peaceful Atmosphere The restaurant provided exceptional service, earning a perfect rating of 5. The location was also outstanding, warranting another 5 out of 5. Additionally, the hotel stands out for its tranquil ambiance, making it a delightful place to dine.

Used to be a great pub with fantastic pub grub, staff and atmosphere. Used to be great for families, walkers and locals. Now it's just a cheap drinking place that smells. No style just alcohol fuelled! Not used for some time but have visitors try again that confirm the above. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 2

A fab locals pub at good prices but it isn't catered for tourists. It looks very old fashioned, the paint is peeling and the toilets were up kept. It needs a bit of love. But a great cheaper locals pub if that's what you're looking for!
