Panera Bread - Machesney Park

The salad was terrible. I was expecting more, but it was questionable. The old romaine was very bitter. The bread was as hard as a rock and stale. I was very disappointed. The soup was okay. It cost $12.

The parking lot and restaurant are both clean. The staff is courteous and well-informed. The food is consistently excellent and the service is quick.

The service was awful. I was treated poorly by a manager named Katie. I don't plan on returning.

This panera is terrible. the service is slow and I didn't get a smoothie I ordered. the season strawberry salad had 2 strawberries throughout. absolutely disappointed and worth nothing

Several times now, the hot chai tea lattes are just steamed milk, no tea, and less than 2/3 full. What's going on?
