Repaired a door for them on short notice to secure the premises. Great view, great place. I love up here but would recommend this place to stay for the view and location. Can't get much closer to the ocean than this place Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Disgusting, filthy, noisy. Permanent squatters live in the back section with their rubbish scattered all outside their squats. We did not stay after seeing how squalid this place was. The manager should be sacked for theft as she charged us $160 for a night that we did not stay on the 7th of September 2023 because the place was so appalling. We did not touch anything as it was too disgusting. My advice is to stay away and close it down I don’t think the place is legit. Noteworthy details: Pig sty

Great getaway resort! Hired a room for 4, had some family members come for 3 nights hired an extra room for another family member for 1 night. We all really enjoyed the rooms, the view location. My family went out every day to the beach/rocks to fish, which was a 3-minute walk from our rooms! The pool was lovely! Fishing around the rocks is awesome, but be warned, theres ALOT of rocks, so be careful, but if you're lucky, we caught whiting, rock cod crabs. Staff are super friendly extremely helpful. Great with kids! Lots of wildlife, from possums to all sorts of lizards to birds. Quite during the day but the restaurant is lively at night (while we were staying) We had 1 issue with our TV in our room, raised the concerns at the front within 2 hours, we had a brand new TV. So they do try their best to accommodate you while you stay! The beautiful ladies at the front desk are so wonderful! I will be 100% be rebooking a room or 2 the start of next year for another stay! Thank you, Dolphin Heads Resort! Nearby activities: Fishing, pool, beach, rock pools. Restaurant. Safety: Fenched off, need key swobs to get through gates. So kids aren't wonder off people can't walk in that aren't staying at the resort.

Awesome beachfront resort. Pity the restaurant didn't tell us about the loyalty card. I found out as we were leaving and could have saved $20 after 5 full meals in the restaurant.
