Subway - Mackinaw

Not very good establishment compared to other food places in this town, definitely not the best sub place

I personally believe the employment is great and they are very well rounded workers. It is not easy to do food service because some people can be total jerks! The staff continuously works whether it be on the line to take an order or in the back/lobby cleaning or cutting vegetables. The store is amazing not to mention the food! Subway never fails to have a variety of options. I am proud to have the business in this small town.

Normally don't have any trouble but the last two times we have not been happy. I ordered a new quacamole wrap and after we got to the veggies he mentioned we don't have quacamole I was kind of upset if someone orders something and they don't have it it's kind of important to know up front before the sandwich is made. I won't be back. To top it off I mentioned to the sandwich maker about the situation he than mentioned to me that it happened to someone else today too.

Nice , clean and well kept Subway on Rt 9 just east of Mackinaw. It is one of the only stand-alone Subway buildings I have seen, which means a significant investment and the owner does show pride of ownership. I like subway sandwiches, fresh bread and nice selection of toppings.

Guy was rude, abrupt, and ignoring customers for just over 5 minutes while listening to AirPods. When finally forced to make eye contact her played it off like it was on us for taking too long to be ready for him.Place was out of chicken on a Wednesday at 5pm? Maybe the clearly unhappy employee just wasn't properly prepared and didn't care to correct it or answer honestly. Love subway and was excited to try one so close by but we won't be returning to this one. The drive to Morton is safer than risking this place with it's poor service, lack of any explanation, and inability to make half the menu.
