I went to the counter to pick up my order. The kind and polite young man helped me. The soup was a bit bland, but everything else was delicious.

The food was delicious and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I am giving a 3-star rating because the prices on the menu were unclear. Considering the increasing cost of food, I always take into consideration the total cost of my meal. It was difficult to determine which sides came with each dish. I expressed my concerns to the staff, who were very understanding and friendly. I recommend asking questions when placing your order to avoid any surprises on the bill.

I am very satisfied with this restaurant this time. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was excellent.

Such an amazing staff. The manager was the sweetest lady ever. Doordash messed up my order and forgot my drink. McAlister?s staff hand delivered my food, drink and also gave me a free dessert. 10/10 customer service. Very nice people. ????
