Feedback gevenI would give the employee, Farrah, a full five stars, but the management clearly deserves zero stars. Despite the chaos during the lunch rush at 11:30, with a line of four customers, a malfunctioning bread oven, and a delivery truck causing trouble at the back door, Farrah remained calm and cheerful. She apologized repeatedly, and it was stressful for me just to watch! I felt so sorry for her, but she handled everything remarkably well. It’s clear that management needs to be smarter by scheduling more staff during peak hours and making sure to give Farrah a significant raise for her hard work.
Love the shop, love the employees and especially the customers. Great experience to go and go out smiling and laughing able to enjoy what food was bought. Clean and fresh
Food and staff were good. The store was really clean.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the subs are tasty. Everything appeared to be fresh.
The sub was great n the place was clean,n great service too.
