Bojangles - Macon

Flavorful chicken with the right amount of spices. the cookies are fantastic. the fried sweet potato cake is delicious!

We had a great surprise on our first visit to this location so we gave them a 2nd visit a week later. We sat in the parking lot for 25 minutes waiting on our order. When it was delivered the Bo Rounds that were served had been in the heat lamp for hours and were inedible. The chicken and the biscuits were far from fresh cooked but at least not as aged as the Bo Rounds. I'm very disappointed.

Fry it yourself. Its not terrible, just no flavor and the fries harden quick. The customer service at the window is great, seemingly alright good people, so I'd still go there for the shortcut. Its just the menu costs are more than competitors (like KFC) with less flavor. My husband likes it, my kids plain won't eat it

Maybe I need to try a Bojangles in a different city, because the one in Macon SUCKS. I honestly think it's the employees and not the actual food. I'll go try one in another city and see if I get a better outcome. The manager at this one told me 3 minutes for the Bo-berry biscuits. I only ordered 3. She told me to pull up and they would bring them out. Seven minutes pass....I go inside and she had totally FORGOT....smh. At this point I just want my money back. I had to wait an additional five minutes. Yes, she was nice enough to add a extra biscuit, but I had to be to work. My time was wasted, and they wasn't busy. Also, the chicken leave a weird taste from the grease they use....

Went inside to order and ALL the employees had their mask pulled down below their chin, not covering their nose or mouth while they were cooking, taking orders and bagging food. What’s the point of even bothering having a mask if they aren’t properly going to wear them while handling food?! I politely asked for a refund and told the manager why and then had an employee making smart a remarks about me like I couldn’t hear while I waited for my refund. Not acceptable at all!
