Bourbon Street Grill - Macon

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant with exceptional service. The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious, reminiscent of dishes from New Orleans. Despite living in France for a long period of time, I was impressed by the quality of both Creole and Cajun cuisine. I would highly recommend this restaurant to a friend and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience! Food: 5/5

The food was good, however, I had a negative experience with their customer service. They forgot to include my egg rolls in my order, and when I called to address the mistake, they were unhelpful and insisted that I either come pick them up, send someone else to get them, or take the loss. I explained that I had recently had neck surgery and couldn't drive, but they were not understanding. This lack of service and communication left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future. The food appeared to be expired, with the bourbon chicken leaving a foul odor throughout my home and the bourbon rice tasting like it was several days old. This establishment should be closed down. I would give it a negative one-star rating.

This is the best restaurant food I've had in a long time. The delivery had it still tasting great.

Very tasty food and a good variety! Customer service was on point and I will be back!
