Burger King - Macon

Not crowded, clean, friendly staff, order quickly and correctly. one of the best burger kings I had.

Edit: it looks like it goes downhill again. not sure why this seems a special problem for burger king, but it looked like a person did everything and not many worked. some of our articles were missing. very disappointing. since the overhaul in management this bk runs much, much faster. before we waited almost an hour in the car thru and now even diving is like 2 minutes after the order. we were the only ones we were visiting at the last, but I think most people have lost their faith in this place, and that too right. our children love the playground, or we would probably have given them no other chance.

Our order was made wrong, and the burgers were not fresh.

Went there on February 19th and ordered the 2 for 5 big kings. Come Monday I was having clear symptoms of food poisoning(diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting.

Update 1/6/22: YAY She's Back!! It's very nice to see that the former employee Liz is back, and boy oh boy what a difference it has made!! I'm SO happy to see this, and exited to be able to enjoy quality Burger King again!!?Updated: I just have to say that you wouldn't think that, just 1 or 2 employees, would have such a DRASTIC effect on a restaurant like Burger King, but OMG!!! I'm not sure what happened with Liz, the manager at the time of my earlier review, (below) , other than she's not there anymore, but it has made a big difference, and it's not in a good way!! Who wants to wait more than 10+ minutes for food that's just NOT good? Fries were hard, you could tell the burgers were slapped together in a hurry, and Very Messy, and not a napkin to be found.??? They were surprisingly polite, but that's pretty much the only good thing I can say about our last couple of visits here. It's a shame too, because they were probably our last visits here!! #bringbackliz(Previous Review)When I was a kid HATED Burger King!!! Well thanks to the new manager Liz, and her staff of good, friendly workers, I have caught myself eating at this particular B.K. restaurant more and more!! I have to admit that we go to this Burger King location, more often than any other local fast food places, and have eaten here as many as 3 times in one week!!? Coming from someone who, as a kid, would have rather starved to death, than eat at a Burger King, it's kind of hard to believe that I Love Burger King now! THANK YOU to Liz and her Awesome Team!!!? ?
