Felicia's Cake Factory, Llc - Macon

Stopped in to try their entrees into Macon Baking Week. They were good, and I will be back to try more. Very nice young lady who helped with my selections. Pricing was good as well.

Her homemade desserts are sooo good. Our favorites are the peach cobbler, banana pudding, strawberry cake with cheesecake and red velvet with strawberries layered with cheesecake. we like to stop here every time we drive down from Atlanta.

Felicia's Cake Factory in Macon, Georgia has the best cakes I have ever tasted next to my grandmother's cakes. I bought and tasted my first cake from Felicia's Cake Factory, A Red Velvet Cake....my favorite, for my 50th birthday in December of 2021 and it was simply delicious, so delicious that last year for my 51st birthday I ordered my favorite red velvet cake again, and I also purchased a second cake, a lemon pound cake, a favorite for an associate of mine. We both enjoyed our cakes. Felicia's Cake Factory is the best..... I recommend you to try any sweets, cakes, etc. for yourself. There is no question....you will simply enjoy whatever you get and be totally satisfied. And she and her staff always give great service to us, customers.

My friend I made a quick stop before we left downtown to get something sweet. The cupcakes are very light and moist and the icing ratio is perfect! They also weren’t overwhelmingly sweet like other places. Thank you for this wonderful first impression!

Excellent cheesecake cupcakes and strawberry/key lime cake. Unfortunately, the young girl at the front was not welcoming/friendly. The experience felt as if we were a bother for coming in and taking away her time from the back of the shop…Of course, she could have been having a bad day/moment, but I truly hope that others don’t experience the same energy because customer service does determine the overall quality of your business. Otherwise, the excellent taste of the treats definitely made up for the bad energy..
