Excited to go, but we had a terrible server, she was simply slandered and when we got our food she just went down and went away as she didn't care, got our food wrong for my friend and for his friend she said "we owe them some fries" like seriously if there weren't enough fries for a meal, just wait until there were literally 5 tiny pieces. we had to wait forever until my friends come to eat, so we told them that it is to go, and they only sat the bag on the table and left and looked at us dirty while we go, maybe they should have been a good server to get a tip? has not felt welcome

The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I have several food allergies, so I was a bit concerned. I initially asked for a glass of sangria, but they didn’t have it. Then I requested black coffee, which I realize is a bit plain. However, the server offered me a variety of mixed drink options, and I decided to try the pink passion. For our food, we ordered a grilled fish sandwich and some curly fries. We initially wanted the mai tai sandwich, but unfortunately, it was no longer available. The grilled fish was delicious, and the curly fries were also quite good.

The wings were in order, but some elements should be addressed. service, these girls act as if they do not want to be there, and move really slow it takes forever to get even a drink. the kitchen area should be somewhat silent, or keep it a bit cleaner, the kitchen personnel protections at least they wear gloves when handling food. my personal observation is if the joint is not busy on a Friday night or Saturday and Sunday during the day in the evening, there are problems.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. From the moment we walked in, the manager and what I believe was their assistant looked at us as if we didn't belong there. We ordered drinks, but even that was messed up. The bathrooms were disgusting—dirty with paper towels scattered all over the floor. We asked about our drinks and hadn't even placed an order for food yet. The floor tiles were worn out. The only waitress on duty sat beside us while putting her finger in her mouth; it was alarming to see her handle our order without washing her hands. When we left, the manager glared at us as we walked out. It's no surprise this place was empty on a Sunday night.

Host was Heather. She was amazing. Excellent service very nice young lady. Food was excellent also
