I am a potential customer eagerly awaiting the opening of your new location on Northside Drive. I haven't had the opportunity to try your food yet, but I am currently reading reviews to decide if I want to spend my money here. So far, most of the reviews highlight the deliciousness of your food, but there seems to be a recurring issue with staff at a specific location behaving rudely towards customers. Let me emphasize that no matter how good your product is, if customers feel disrespected when they try to shop at your store, they will eventually take their business elsewhere. My advice to the owners is to focus on training or retraining managers and staff in customer service. Making excellent customer service a priority at every location is essential! I ordered two chili cheese dogs (one with slaw and cheese) as part of a combo. The woman who took my order was very kind, and the food was delicious and fresh! Definitely 5 stars!

We ordered three chili cheese fries and three hot dogs. Unfortunately, the chili cheese fries had only a small amount of toppings—there wasn't even a full scoop on each.

Nu way on Northside drive has by far the best restaurant in the south!

Ghetto and lazy! The employees will literally sit near the window on their phone and watch you until you drive away because they don’t feel like taking or making orders. Whom ever the employees were that worked the evening schedule on 4/19/24 needs to be fired due to poor customer service and disgusting attitudes.
