To make matters worse, the pepperoni pizzas we ordered had no pepperoni on them, and the cheese sticks were overcooked and hard. We also had to wait an additional 30 minutes to receive our food.

This place is amazing! I often order takeout from here, and I've never had to wait more than three minutes for my orders. For me, time is money, so that’s a huge plus. Another important factor is the staff's attitude, and they are always friendly and welcoming. What can I say? They’re really on top of their game. Great job, everyone! I highly recommend this restaurant!

I ordered dinner last night around 8:00 PM, and I was really impressed by the outstanding customer service. The young lady who took my order was attentive and ensured that everything I requested was delivered correctly. The driver was also very pleasant and polite! I didn't catch their names, but I hope you can pass on my compliments to them. I will definitely be ordering again soon. Thank you!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I waited 30 minutes for my pizza after placing my order over the phone. The staff member on duty was both condescending and rude when I arrived and had to wait even longer for my food. This is unacceptable customer service!!!!!!!

The manager's customer service was absolutely terrible. While the other staff members were friendly, the management itself was unprofessional, rude, and lacked awareness. It was a disappointing experience overall.
