Neither sandwich had it, called and talked with the lady working the store. She was getting argumentative and trying to tell me I was wrong even though I read it word for word off of the DoorDash app. Would not recommend this store to anyone
I have lunch here almost every day and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I dislike is that the corporation took away the shredded mozzarella cheese. The fresh mozzarella that is used now is not that good it is too thick and doesn't melt well on a sandwich for the amount of time for toasting the sandwich.
We stopped here while driving home from Thanksgiving holiday. I've never had such a good time in a subway. The delightful women behind the counter really made my day. Lots of laughter and a great sub too.
First, I notified the nice older gentleman that a roach just crawled over the glass into the food area. I did it softly so that a scene was not made. He was kind and immediately looked for the problem. At checkout, the lady working (would not give me her name), 40ish... was so rude. I had a 17.99 coupon and it was 29 and change. She just kept saying they don 't have a button for that so that 's how she has to ring it up. She actually walked away from me when I was asking how a 17.99 coupon has 10 dollars in taxes. After a few minutes and her saying extremely rude things under her breath, she rang it up as 17.99 and said THERE YOU GO, NOW I HAVE TO EXPLAIN THIS TO MY MANAGER AND NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE LOST MONEY . She made a scene where there didn 't need to be one. It was unnecessary.
There was a roach running around the food area. I quietly told the older gentleman, and he tried to find it. When I was checking out,I was using a 3 subs for 17.99 coupon. The lady rang me up and said it would be 29 and change. I told her that the sandwiches were not on the excluded list, so that was a lot of tax. She immediately got rude and said she didn 't have a button for it, and that 's how she has to ring it up. Again, I explained that it should be 17.99 and tax. This isn 't right. She walked away from me, saying extremely rude comments under her breath. When she came back, she raised her voice and said FINE, 19 DOLLARS (and change) AND NOW I HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO MY MANAGER AND I WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE DIFFERENCE . I asked her name and she yelled at me NO ONE. Still not wanting to make a bigger scene, I took my sandwiches and left. My special needs son was with me and very upset that she was so mad and rude and he asked me to not go in there anymore. I was so unprepared for someone in food service to treat a customer with utter disrespect and distain.
