Taj Indian - Macon

We stopped by and enjoyed a delicious Chicken Makhni (Butter Chicken) and Garlic Naan. The Garlic Naan was especially delightful! It was evident that the chef had a knack for garlic flavor.

We had another fantastic meal at Taj. Whenever we pass through Macon, we make sure to stop here. The meal lived up to our expectations.

My wife and I were looking for somewhere to have dinner and stumbled upon this place - it was absolutely great! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I love the vegan options at this restaurant. The chana masala is absolutely delicious. The staff is great at accommodating my request for no dairy, making sure not to include cheese or ghee. However, I still feel the need to ask about every dish before ordering. I've tried both takeout and dining in, and I actually prefer takeout because the music is always blaring and it can get very crowded, making it even louder.

This restaurant is family owned. The man who served us was very friendly and helpful, explaining all the vegan options in detail. We enjoyed a delicious meal and felt transported to another place for an hour and a half. Overall, we were extremely pleased with this experience and will recommend it to all vegan travelers in the area to stop by and greet this friendly family.
