Turkey Hill Minit Markets - Macungie

I moved to Macungie near the end of 2019, and this Turkey Hill was one of my favorite spots to stop by my daily walks. The staff here were always respectful, friendly and helpful! The place was always clean, well equipped, and they took their COVID-19 safety precautions seriously. The food is always hot and delicious when I stopped here on the way to a workplace in the morning!

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Jessica, who was incredibly sweet and helpful. I was looking for my favorite Turkey Hill Ice Cream flavor, which was out of stock, but she went the extra mile to check the back and found two for me! Every time I visit, the staff is always cheerful and professional, and Jessica, in particular, seems to really enjoy her work. She might be new, but she’s doing a fantastic job. We definitely need more people like Jessica on the team!

I really enjoy visiting this Turkey Hill! Jaleen is always so welcoming when I walk in; she greets me with a cheerful “Hi, how are you?” Her warmth makes a big difference and creates a great atmosphere for customers. When I go to the counter to check out, she often asks, “Do you need a bag?” or “Can I help you with anything else?” Not many people take the time to do that. Thank you, Jaleen, for your kindness. You're doing an amazing job!

Jaleen is undoubtedly the best employee this restaurant has ever had. She consistently engages with customers, sharing jokes and laughter, all while staying busy with her work. She truly deserves a raise!
