I always believed I didn't like BBQ until I tried a dish made by this incredible chef. It completely changed my perspective! I've never tasted meat that was so juicy and tender. Everything is prepared by him personally. He smokes his meat for 15 hours, and it’s often perfectly ready just in time for serving! From now on, I’m sticking to Colin’s BBQ—that's my go-to BBQ guy!

The food is incredible! They always come up with new and unique ideas. Our favorite dish is the smoked (baked) potato topped with brisket—it’s absolutely amazing!
