The staff don’t answer the phone, which is detrimental to the business.

I used to really enjoy the pizza at this location, but the new staff seems to be pretty lazy. The quality of the pizza has really declined; it’s not made well anymore. The subs, which used to be great, now have hardly any meat on them. The pizza always bubbles up excessively, leaving barely any toppings. After the disappointing pizzas I had today, I don’t think I’ll be spending any more money here. I might as well go to a place that knows how to make pizza, even if it means paying a little more for better quality.

I’m disappointed with the service at this restaurant. They never answer the phone, and whenever I'm there, it seems no one is actually placing orders. Furthermore, my orders have been incorrect multiple times.

They are slow af and never answer the phones. Also they have attitude when you are ordering and lazy when it comes to making the food.

Love the food...pizza subs! Especially the Italian sub. Yummy. The owner really cares about Us, her Customers.
