Ct's Roadside Bbq - Madison Center

You 've gotta stop if your traveling in madison along Rt 1...The black smoker truck will be parked out in front with a table popped up next to it holding all the goodies you would expect. Very casual set up served to go on a paper plate container with plastic utensils. They also provide drinks and bags of chips I believe. Prices are unbelievably reasonable..Some Saturdays they are closed because of private events they offer at their property called Beach Tree Cottages . Get there early because it wouldn 't surprise me if they sell out by the afternoon. Be sure to pop in their tiny shop on the side called The Little Station for that shopping experience where you truly want 1 of everything.

Love their food. When at the beach we go here for BBQ. This is my CT favorite but have another more favorite in PA. It's all good. This is why all the problems in the middle east no pork.

Maybe put up a notice on your website when you're doing a catering event and closed to the public? Like so people don't go out of their way only to have to turn around and go elsewhere?

The Absolute best Barbecue I've ever had! Wish they were open more often. Slow cooked Beef Brisket, Beans, Cornbread Cold slaw! Yum! I want it now!

We used CTs for a Rehearsal dinner catering and we cannot say enough about how awesome it was. The guests were blown away by the food and service! The crew was friendly and down to earth and they were setup in just a few minutes! They literally pulled the food truck up in the driveway and supplied everything we needed for 50 guests! All we had to do was give them one plug for their heat lamp! Don't go anywhere else for great BBQ in Connecticut! A . They even left us with the leftovers and you can bet I had it all for lunch as me and the groomsmen got ready in our hotel room! Just a really great easy experience!
