Wendy's of Western Virginia.

Food was fine. Had cheeseburgers and fries and tea and a strawberry lemonade. I also had the pumpkin spice frosty. The frosty is gimmicky but it wasn't bad. I don't know if it's culture, but the lady was rude at the counter Didn't like the way she handed me the food kind of threw it to me Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

So I pulled up to the drive thru waited 3-4 minutes and nobody said anything. Not even can you hold on for a minute. So I didn’t know what else to do so I drove to the window there was a white lady there maybe in her 30’s with brown hair. She told me she could not take the order at the window because other people were behind me. I said can I at least give you the order then I’ll pull to the side. She said go back thru. I placed the order it was someone else taking the order. Her name was Crystal. I found her to be professional. She took the order got the money and gave me my food. No problems. Then I got my food I asked for baconator fries they put queso instead of cheddar cheese. They didn’t even ask if they could substitute. What if I was allergic to something in that queso? That would be a lawsuit!! Then I get home and find out they don’t know what a bacon cheeseburger plain is. Well needless to say I will stick to the Lynchburg Wendy’s all of them are great!!
