The most traditional GuangZhou flavors of bbq is this place. Outside your big city China cities, this is the place. It's small, it's family owned, it's busy. I'm driving more than an hour to come here. The lady owner is very nice and always gives you the best cut, of course first come to serve. Honey BBQ Pig and Roast Pig is a stable and they do it well. What is surprising to me is the duck, it is very tasteful as well, you can taste all herbs and spices. Try it now.
Very good selection of Asian BBQ from Beijing Duck (very decent) to roasted pigs with all the selection of BBQ'ed sweet breads. All this is sold by the pound, weighted first then cut very efficiently. Cash only operation, arrive early as they sell during holidays or around the Chinese New Year! Language can be a barrier, but only show what you want!
Beijing Duck is great. Can't give it 5 stars because it wasn't hot, and they didn't have any secondary dishes. I definitely go back to the duck. If one day is going to try something else, I have to sharpen the courage, because they have the food, basically in natural form. I wouldn't be surprised if they had animals living in the back. I enjoy the duck.
The best Chinese barbecue in Michigan. The barbecued duck is my favorite; the roasted pork and everything they make is excellent. They are friendly and courteous; they let you choose your perfect piece of meat.
