Costco Food Court - Madison Heights

Over crowded every weekend. Need longer business hours at this location People are rude and entitled. Prices are not low enough to warrant the hassle. I've been a member for many years and I will not be returning. Sam's club has my business with the scan and go. Easy in and out. Pay from your phone and skip the line.

Yes they have some good deals and pretty good organic selection but in my opinion not worth the chaotic environment, rude people running into me with their carts or crazy lines. I'm glad they treat their workers good, but their workers stalked me through the store because I had a medical exemption to not wear a mask during the hysteria. I felt discriminated against and it was extremely stressful so I ended up cancelling membership. Their whole chickens are also processed in China. Not much a fan of food that wasn't raised locally or staff who don't accommodate people with medical needs.

I will fight to my last breath for Ms. Mary Kay at the returns counter. She embodies why I am a proud costco member. Made my experience easy, quick, and painless. A true queen who me and all my friends will March for

If you go in with a list and objectives this is a great way to stock up on things you need..The team does a good job in trying to keep people moving through the line once they have selected the items..If time permits take advantage of their very low priced but good quality food from the snack bar.
