Speedy excellent service. The food was fine, exactly what you would expect from Red Robin. Love the bottomless Freckled Lemonade!

First time at this location. After a 20 minute wait it felt like we were there almost 2 hours before we left. Portions of the orders were missed, received a wrong hamburger. Drink refills and endless fries seemed hard to get. There servers were working hard and they did seem understaffed so we didnt quite blame them, but there was always between 2-4 workers at the hostess station which seemed weird.

This is my first time back at this location. Michael, our waiter was amazing. He took such great care of us. The food, on the other hand, is not so great. My sister's birthday burger was very dry. My burger was so greasy it soaked, my bun. I ended up eating my burger minus the bread because it was off, putting how slimy the bread got. I had house fries that the original order came out burnt. The refill came out over salted. So, two losses in my eyes. So may be back for Michael again. Hopefully, next time, the food will be better.
