Feedback gevenThe staff struggled to hear customers in the car drive-thru, resulting in a wait of over 15 minutes. Some employees were seen standing with their hands in their pockets, while others appeared to be idle and unproductive. The service was described as lacking in efficiency and reliability.
The entire crew working on the night of October 15, 2022, was recently fired. The server in the window was extremely rude and didn't bother correcting the mistake in the order. The chef also didn't care that the order was wrong and just shrugged it off. Despite the restaurant being of good quality, this particular crew tainted their reputation.
The food was delicious. The restaurant was bustling with activity. The staff was friendly and efficient. A welcome deviation from typical dining experiences.
Oh, my God! it's just me or do these women here must be in acidic mood every time I come, (smh.) I understand that the people are bad, but is every day a bad day? workers really need to train their workers on gas friendship, others need smile classes
Captain D’ s is the best place to eat. Very Clean inside, the manager James is the Best friendly at all times. Love the fresh food
