Chili's Grill - Madison

Our server was absolutely fantastic! I regret not remembering his name because he truly deserves recognition for his excellent service. When my son asked for a recommendation, our server suggested the pasta dish which turned out to be absolutely delicious. He definitely deserves a raise for his outstanding service!

The service was not very fast, but we assume they were short-staffed, so it was somewhat expected. Our server was very nice, which we appreciated. The food was decent, but the condition of this Chili's restaurant is so poor that we will likely not be returning. It is in desperate need of a renovation. This place used to be one of our favorites, but not anymore.

I didn't even get to sit at a table. At 3:10pm, I was told there was a 20-minute wait for a table for two. Another couple arrived 10 minutes after me and was seated before me. I didn't say anything until 10 minutes past my original wait time, when I still hadn't received a text about availability. The host said there were still no tables available, so I pointed out that they had seated a couple that arrived after us. They blamed it on having only one waitress, but that didn't excuse the delay. It's now 3:50pm and I'm writing this review, hoping that this Madison location will take the time to close and improve their service. This was completely unacceptable.

Idk what happened to this place. It has gone down. My chicken on my chicken sandwich was not done. And the lady forgot my drink. I had to go back in and get it. I was really disappointed, I had to put my chicken in the oven and cook it some more. My Cesar salad had more cheese than lettuce.

The food was really good!! I love the southwestern egg rolls...yummy!! The waiter we had was subpar, he acted as if it was an inconvenience for him to help us with the payment process. That's why I gave 4 stars!!
