Ihop - Madison

Not a bad experience but not an amazing one either. The server who seated us was really nice and friendly, but the woman who actually waited on us was not particularly pleasant. Food took longer than expected and came out lukewarm (and one item was burnt). Pretty much what you'd expect from an ihop at a gas station.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT! THERE WERE ONLY TWO SERVERS AND ONE COOK....YET THEY WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL...NOT TO MENTION FAST! JONAS WAS EVERYTHING! VERY HAPPY TO SERVE WE NEED MORE LIKE HIM! Thx JONAS FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

My first time here was str8 beacause it was more white women there sad to say it be ya own people.... My second time coming they cooked my eggs before my friends burger everyone knows proteins r cooked first in breakfast meals. They left my omelette to die in the windowsill. I sat and watched ppl keep walking past it. Then the slow host they have brought it to us with the other plate. the place is full of incompetent mfrs it's poorly ran. ngl they need a better manager or someone to put a foot on them lazy workers necks....

Well... I gave 1 star because negative star wasn't an option lol. The service was horrible. They were short staffed on the floor but the great part was they hardly had customers. So that leads me to Tonya W to waitress. She does not take care of her customers. We waited 20 mins on our water then we had to walk to get our own condiments. We got our meal in waves. Then had to request just to get Togo boxes and receipt.

Worst experience ever!!!! No drinks for 20 minutes, when server brought 1 drink, they couldn't remember the other. 52 minute wait for room temp biscuits and gravy, 2 eggs and 2 pancakes. You should be ashamed of that service and quality.
