Laredo's Mexican Kitchen - Madison

First of all, the atmosphere was very outdated and reminiscent of the 90's. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of modernizing the restaurant. The food was subpar and the portions were quite large.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe this place is still open! We used to come here all the time in high school. Regardless of the food or service, I have to give it 5 stars.

I ordered beef nachos through DoorDash. Instead of a fully prepared dish, I received separate bowls of ingredients and a bag of chips. There were no plates or utensils provided. The quality of the food was average at best. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Tried dinner here since Pedros closed... Delicious! Great food my fajitas were spot on! Guacamole is fresh. Don't get why you have to pay extra for 4 tortillas but seems to be common charge everywhere.

We come here often and the wait staff and food quality are excellent. They have some of the best frozen margaritas in town. Their chips and salsa are awesome. We've also tried salads, fajitas, tacos, tamales, and many other plates and been impressed each time. The staff are also always willing to speak to you in Spanish if you're looking to practice! Honestly a wonderful experience all around.
