I had a wonderful experience with delicious food and excellent service! For my lunch takeout, I spent about $10–20. Both the food and service received a perfect rating of 5, and the atmosphere was equally great. I highly recommend trying the Grilled Cheese with Bacon, the BLT, and the Smoked Avocado!

I did have one issue: I ordered the smoked turkey jack sandwich, which I liked, but I found the ciabatta bread used for it to be too hard and tough in panini form. I would suggest switching to a softer bread—perhaps offering it on sourdough instead. After being grilled or toasted, the bread became so hard that it was a bit uncomfortable to chew. That’s my only complaint, though. I enjoyed the atmosphere here, and aside from the bread issue, my sandwich was fantastic!

Charming little luncheonette in a delightful town, located on the corner in the historic downtown district of Madison. You can choose to sit outdoors under umbrellas along the sidewalk or enjoy dining indoors at tables or the lunch counter. They offer a variety of classic lunch sandwiches. I went for the turkey Reuben ($8.99), which came with a pickle spear. The portion was generous and it was delicious. I also got a side of potato salad ($1.49), which paired nicely with the warm sandwich. The food is quite good. The front of the shop also sells fresh produce. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The café has a charming ambiance and is kept clean. Many customers appear to be regulars who know each other well. Madison Produce Company truly embodies the charm of small-town life. I highly recommend it!
