Miranda's - Madison

Great place for breakfast! Parking on the back and seating, if you like outdoors. We were all super satisfied with our meals. The service was fast and so friendly. The prices were also super reasonable. We have charged water and coffee to go for our great adventure in Shenandoah. Very recommended!!

After a trip to Madison, I visited this restaurant and initially, it didn’t seem like much. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely interior, which was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very polite and attentive, checking in on us often. The food was amazing—I ordered an omelet, which might not sound particularly impressive, but I finished every bite and left my plate completely clean. My only criticism is that we had to sit outside because a large group of 20 arrived, and by the end of our meal, the flies outside became quite overwhelming.

We dined on the terrace since we had two dogs with us and, given the temperature, we didn't feel comfortable leaving them in the car. The first thing the waitress asked was if we would like water for our two little pups, which impressed me right away. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and had a wonderful time. This restaurant came highly recommended by the winery where we were staying, and I would definitely recommend it to others. It's a shame we didn’t have room for dessert, especially since there was a great ice cream shop right next door. I’ll have to check that out next time!

The chef is truly a blessing! The food was absolutely delicious and reminded me of my mother's cooking, if not better. I do wish there were more vegan-friendly options, though. My family was very happy with the meal. Thank you all for making our day so special!

The food is really great at Miranda's. Home made dishes. They are short on wait staff but otherwise it is a good dining experience.
