Slim Chickens - Madison

The food at this restaurant is excellent! It is not too heavy and there is a focus on chicken dishes. However, there are plenty of different options available, so I could eat here for several days without getting bored.

I have ordered from this restaurant three times now. The last two times, I noticed that I received less chicken than what I had ordered. For example, when I ordered a 7-piece chicken, I only received 5 pieces. Today at 4pm, I ordered a 5-piece chicken and ended up with one regular-sized piece and three tiny pieces (which were half the size of the regular piece). This has happened to me multiple times and I can't be the only one experiencing this. While I love the food, I am disappointed that I am not receiving the correct amount that I paid for. I live 20 minutes away from the restaurant, so going back to correct the order seems pointless. Getting the wrong order two times in a row is not acceptable. I should not have to check my order every time I visit the restaurant.

The customer service at this restaurant is consistently excellent from the moment you walk in until you leave. Shanika, or however her name is spelled, always provides outstanding hospitality. The food is consistently fresh and accurate. Additionally, parking is convenient.

I always get sick when I eat here. They never answer thier phones . Terrible

I got the hungry meal. I think that's what it was called. Tenders good and hot, but the fries were cold. I didn't feel like going back.
