Sometimes, the most breathtaking autumn colors are right in front of me. I find it curious how I can't just refer to black coffee as "black" while enjoying this lovely view.

This restaurant used to be fantastic, but it has noticeably declined since many of its great employees departed and were replaced by others. One server, a young woman with heavy makeup, has been rather rude and often gets drink orders wrong. It seems she might perform better if she focused more on her job rather than her appearance. Additionally, another staff member, a woman of color, has also been unfriendly; I observed her chatting while preparing a drink, and I even noticed some spit land in a customer's beverage, which was very unappealing. They really need to reassess their hiring choices and bring in staff who can provide better service.

I ordered a slice of Salted Caramel Cold Brew topped with cinnamon streusel, and both were absolutely delicious. However, I found my coffee could have used a bit more sweetness. I'm used to making my own coffee at home, so I'm not quite accustomed to ordering it the way I like. Since they didn’t have any condiments available, I asked for a sweetener and noticed that they also offered syrup as an option. I chose the syrup, as it blends better when it's liquid. The staff member, whose name I didn't catch, was extremely helpful and poured a couple of shots into a small cup for me to add to my coffee. Overall, I would say this was excellent service!

I was turned away by a dark-haired staff member just ten minutes before closing because they had already put everything away. To make matters worse, she proceeded to mock me in front of her coworker. I didn’t realize that service ended before the official closing time. I won't be returning to this location.
