Feedback gevenWe moved to the parking lot at 945. They close at 10. On our arrival, an employee quickly went back from the parking lot to the building, watched us all the time, and rushed inside and closed the door behind it. She ran back and turned the shield off? She didn't even have the condition to say that it's sorry that we're closed (15 minutes early, think) even though she made eye contact with us all the time. It was very bizarre and definitely poor customer service.
Food is good, but customer service could be improved. I was not greeted when I came in and the lady stared at me instead of asking what I want. She was very short and she didn't come as friendly. I have bad days, but that's bad for business. She didn't change her tone until she told me I had a good day.
I love a good maintenance. I'm addicted to ham and turkey and only 280 calories for 6 inch sub.
I gave this place 3 stars because.... The food was good. Really good packaging, fair amount of meat. But it's expensive like hell! Almost $12 for a pack, chips and a drink! No more, I say! I'll make my own sandwiches right away!
Fresh food as well as friendly staff members. I NEVER had an issue when I visit this local subway; I literally drive all the way out to this specific location rather than an unmentioned Subway because this Subway is amazing. Please keep up the good work, this team is beyond amazing!
