Waffle House - Madison

I wasn't impressed with this restaurant. The butter they used was fake, and the food was a bit strange – the wobbles were overly mushy, almost like pickles. There were only two employees working, so the service was quite slow. However, the server was very nice and did her best. I was disappointed to find out they don't serve hot chocolate, and the apple juice was only available in kid-sized portions. The orange juice was similarly limited. Unfortunately, the hash browns were overcooked as well. I only ended up here because it was 1 o'clock, and it was one of the few places open at the time. Overall, my experience was not great.

The lady who served us was very nice and friendly. would go back safe. good eating with a nice setting?

Okay, so my five star goes out to Tailor . At 4am Tailor was overwhelmed with the amount of people that were in the facility and instead of being upset he chose to be himself and help everyone one by one. There was some people upset but it didn’t discourage him from having a great smile!… Times are hard for everyone, and it’s not a good time to be an employee but they are trying their best to take care of you!

VERY VERY CROWDED!!! Food was good service was fast and staff friendly as they could be with the rush they were in. Just like all waffle Houses, they don't have enough handicapped seating and eating there is like trying to eat pressed into a sardine can. But the food was good like most waffle houses. It does bother me to see the Cooks sling my food around and treat it like yesterday's laundry. ??I don't see how they do that and yet the food comes out on your plate looking and tasting like you cooked it in your kitchen at home... LOL it amazes me. ????? ??????????️
