The staff member at the pickup window was very respectful and apologized for the wait. Most customers are generally understanding and less likely to be upset if they are simply informed about the reason for the delay. Better communication could lead to fewer cars in line and a more satisfied customer base. While everyone understands the challenges of being short-handed, good customer service is still essential, and effective communication can go a long way in improving the overall experience.
I enjoyed my meal; there were no issues there. However, I found it a bit odd to see piles of partially damaged potatoes next to the drive-thru.
The food is always served hot, and the staff is friendly and provides quick service! My orders are consistently accurate, and I've never encountered any issues when I visit this place. My top choices are the salad, asiago spicy chicken sandwich, and the Baconator.
Service I have ever received the worst. the dame of the speaker began to take our order and then demanded that we move around with the most rude ton. we come into the window and she tells us that we can't add to our order, rolls her eyes and goes away from the window, just leave us there. idk, what happened today, but that's not a way to treat someone. Once we got our food, we had to move back as we needed ketchup. we moved into the open window and said we had to wait and move up to the next window. how hard is it to go a few feet and take something for a customer who had already waited, got terrible service and spent their money in their facility? I'm not sure why the dining room is still closed. I'd rather have swung in and got what I needed myself instead of dealing with this personal. I never come back to this restaurant and will share with everyone I know the mood of this facility. for the worker with the rugrats hoodie and no name tag(convenient) wendy’s in any case needs better employees who appreciate their jobs and mission statement. it is unacceptable to treat someone as they treated us as customers today. the only good that came from it, I was able to teach my 3 children in the car the meaning, to treat people with ease and how not to treat others.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. that's her baconator.
