This restaurant is a unique and tranquil spot, offering a great alternative to the typical Basque roasting. The passion put into each dish is evident in every bite. We were fortunate to dine at the chef's table, receiving excellent treatment. Highlights included brioche bread with fresh foie gras, black truffle, and apricot cream, as well as squid stuffed in ink with sofrito, poached eggs, filet mignon with panko and black truffle, and a spectacular apple pie for dessert. We had a lovely evening and look forward to returning. Congratulations on a fantastic meal.

Excellent experience! local minimalist, very good drip. treatment of staff very above the average, some cracks. The chef left us with no words, a super personal deal. the food does not stay behind everything else, special mention to the brioche and the cake of steak, both finished at the table, the pie of meat prepares you directly at the table at the drop of spicy! and the desserts, to highlight the lemon, spectacular! place worth it without doubt, with the desire to return! and if it was little, they also have good cocktail to finish the night.
