Los Gallos - Madrid

Al llegar a la famosa calle Puigcerdá, conocida al menos para mí, se puede apreciar que es una calle de alta calidad, especialmente en cuanto a restaurantes se refiere. La Taberna El Gallo es uno de ellos y honestamente, debe ser uno de los mejores. Tienen un salmorejo delicioso y unas chuletillas que se comen con las manos y dejas el hueso... porque si no lo haces, ¿qué pensarán de ti? ¡Para chuparse los dedos!

In the attic, there are still stoves to enjoy without being cold. The price, including incomings, main dish, desserts, coffees, glasses and three bottles of good wine comes out for some which is very good. The Russian salad, maybe the weakest. The spectacular foie. For my drip, the single-millo lascas slightly scarce and it would be no good for them to put on any more. Wines at reasonable prices (for what restaurants are usually) and magnum bottle options that save a little (a couple of euros) in the final price.I missed the house inviting some shots at the end, as a detail. Maybe it's a pretty habit that's missing?

I think I'm older for this kind of place. Salamanca neighborhood in full. beautiful people and impeccable aesthetics. Mixed local that serves for dinner, for a drink, for ligotear and for dancing.
