Roostiq - Madrid

Wonderful food. We ate a tasty pizza and an incredible tenderloin. Friendly attentive service. The only negative aspect to our dinning experience was the dark dinning area and the loud music. Otherwise this was an excellent experience.

This was one of the few restauarnts opened, seemingly, in Madrid in august. My friend and I ate here this past Sunday night. I didnt really know what to expect, but I'd love to go back. Nice friendly service. Modern cool interior. We split the fried bacon to start which was delicious, then each of us ordered a cocktail and pizzas. The pizzas were delicious. Didnt have dessert but saw the cheesecake at a neighboring table and it looked amazing. Would return for it. I'd definitely go back to this restaurant when in Madrid.

Casual chic place with a good vibe. Service was friendly. The menu is not big but has enough for everyone’s tastes. The tuna tartare was the best I have ever tasted it was pure, fresh and of amazing quality. The tortilla with truffle was also freshly made and just phenomenal. Grilled artichokes were good but a bit too charred. The only item that we did not like so much was the chicken leg only because it was extremely salty. Otherwise it was a very good dinner.

Very central restaurant with exquisite dishes, very good drop and texture. The turrets are a delicacy to prove yes or yes.

Upon entering the establishment it was decorated very modern nothing but sitting the waiter attended us super fast in the letter was a great variety of dishes to choose me recommending the pizzas, solo and picaña. They brought us the food very quickly, the truffle pizza and the individual mills were very delicious. Then we order a brownie and cheesecake is what I most recommend and I forgot the tremendous turrets.
