Soma By Luke - Madrid

We were looking for a fusion or Asian restaurant in Madrid and found Luke in the Michelin guide. What a find! The food was absolutely delicious. We had the tuna tartar as a starter, followed by the slow cooked pork belly and the then the curry. Everything was delicious. I particularly liked the curry (mother’s recipe Luke assured us). Luke, and also the other staff members were extremely friendly and passionate about the food. This is not a glam or fashionable place, but a place for food lovers. Highly recommended

Went there today, 10/10 hosting The host came by to explain every dish. As we didn't speak spanish, he did his best to explain it in english and we were both amazed by the story behind every dish. If we asked something or said something he was always instantly ready to help. 9.5/10 food Every dish was perfect, there was 1 dish we found good but not perfect. But everything else gave me a party in my mouth : . Def recommend

Discovered it thanks to a friend and couldn’t thank him enough. The place has two areas, a bar for more informal bites and the restaurant below with a fixed menu. We went to the restaurant and enjoyed 2 hours of journey through Corea tastes with some hints of spanish traditional cuisine. Luke was a great host and the service is fantastic. They also have a very interesting wine menu with good references and not highly priced. Looking forward to going back and travel again.

Increíble experiencia. platos cubiertos con mucha originalidad y exquisito gusto. el menú degustación vale la pena y es un viaje para la comida más representativa del chef korea. Ojalá le dieran una estrella de michelín pronto, ¡se lo merece!

Ubicación accesible y dos ambientes muy agradables. servicio amistoso y asesoramiento con criterio. la variedad de sabores fruta de una materia prima correcta (atún, ternera, verduras muy diversas) y algunos aliños y salsas con especias del país obtienen un verdadero placer a un paladar que no deja de ser agradablemente sorprendido y camina a través de todas las gamas de la picante. toda una experiencia más que recomendada que transporta un gran país. ratio calidad / precio correcto. Una carta de vino digna de mención.
