The Pavilions Madrid

We took the simple room (called deluxe i think, or superior in the booking app) which was simply great. Bed, pillows, duvet were perfect. Bathroom too. The staff sorted out all our requests very quickly, including a minor plumbing issue (which can happen anywhere). Various neat touches such as umbrellas available near the entrance. 20 mins walk through lovely Chueca neighborhood to Sol etc., or walk 5 min and two metro stations. Also a 5 min walk to Salamanca high fashion boutiques if you're in into that kind of thing. Restaurant has a good lunch offering. For dinner when in the hotel area go to nearby Tomate bar which is great. Breakfast overpriced, we enjoyed espresso (complementary) and a cookie (ours) in the room, or took something on the way downtown.

Young and energetic GM, very accommodating for late check out and amazing breakfast. good places to eat behind the hotel and a hugh zara around the place.

This is a place that deserves to be very busy. Great food, really creative. Everything we had was delicious and very inventive. Interior is beautifully decorated and service is friendly and professiinal. Will definitely come back.

No cabe duda que es uno de los mejores restaurantes de Madrid. Se puede tomar menú o platos individuales. Y puedes comer en el comedor general o en comedores privados. Hay platos imprescindibles como los ravioli, la anguila ahumada con pencas de acelga y velouté de ibérico y el jarrete. Y hay que dejarse hueco para el postre. Imprescindible el suflé Grand Marnier. El lujo se paga, pero vale mucho la pena.

Comida exquisita, atención de primera, decoración preciosa con una chimenea exterior. Lo que más me llamó la atención fue el pâté en croûte. Mero delicioso. Muy recomendable.
