Uber Cool very Simple and Clean but far away from boring.... Friendly and Easygoing Atmosphere!!! Extremely reasonably priced! One of the Must Do experiences if you are around Ericeira. Happening every Saturday (check out for posts on FB). Amazing 6 course dinner pop up at a Family house of a legendary Venezuelan kitesurfer!!! Organic and locally sourced ingredients!!! Amazing palette of flavors and a very relaxed atmosphere!!! Great way to meet cool people! Beats the greatest dining experiences I've had!!!

Together with my friends we went to visit Ital in the beginning of August. We had heard it was a pop up restaurant with great vegetarian food (which you can hardly find in Ericeira). And were we blown away by the amazing food, kindness and amazing service of Denise, Freddy and Rui and the best wine!! Every dish was made with so much attention to detail, excellent and surprising flavour combinations and beautifully presented! A great place to go together with your family, a few friends, or even alone to meet new people! Highly recommended!!

Loved this place, the food in Ereceira is excellent but wanted a change from the grilled fish and the usual staples. I went on my own on the recommendation of a German couple I'd met surfing. The six course tasting menu I went for was more along lines of fine dining but affordable with locally sourced food with an interesting twist, its of a very high standard . The owners obviously love what they do and we were talked through the dishes which are carefully selected to compliment each other and pleasure your taste buds. Everybody had struck up a rapport before being seated, it was much more sociable than a meal in a regular restaurant. Its a little tucked away , close to the Coxos the famous championship surf spot, I shared a 5min cab back to town with some other diners. Great food and a great night out!

I'd heard of Supper (Diners Clubs in the UK and thought it a brilliant idea so jumped at the chance to go to Ital here in Ericeira. You are basically invited into a VERY nice setting in the home of Freddy and Denise who cook fabulous food from scratch and serve you 6 courses of deliciousness for €20 per head! Wine, beer and cocktails are available too and the price even includes a welcome drink! The first time I went I took photos of every course as it was all so well presented and tasted unique and delicious! I went alone and as you are sat at a sociable long table I came away having made some good friends that I now see all the time! The second time I went they had a whole house full it was so popular and the food and company was just as good. I truly recommend anyone go to experience it. Freddy and Denise have such a welcoming family and boy can they cook too! They didn't even flinch at my weird allergies and dietary requirements and catered for everyone no problem. Make sure you book ahead and ENJOY! Maybe I'll even see you there ;
