If there were a category between poor and average, this would land. we ordered brezel pieces with beer cheese and a flatbread. my man has a beer he said was very good. they apologise if they order that they have no employees, they have to order and pay or lead a register card and pay later what we did. the pieces were terrible, it was like the smiling ones they had heated up, which were hard like a rock. the flatbread was good and typical. there is no service, so we were shocked when we checked out and the congratulate was suggested 20% or 22% or 25% or they are kidding me for what service! I would pass on that.
My wife, who I thought was a beer and a late lunch. we had different beer and both very good (pilsner stout.) shared a hot honey chicken sandwich, not with beautiful beside sauce options. the pommes were different and wonderful.
We ate dinner at BearWaters Brewing while staying at Stony Creek Lodge right next door. It was really good the first night so we had dinner here again the second night. Staff were very friendly and plenty of seating inside and out. The first night I had Thai chicken rice bowl and second night the parkway burger. All the food was delicious. Good beer too. And they also have cider and hard lemonade since my wife doesn't care for most beer. Fun place, definitely stop here again next time we're in Maggie Valley.
Nice place, beer was great, bar tender and staff were friendly, however no cook for unforseen reason, only pizza and pretzels. Wife is German and said pretzel was one of the best she has ever had! Luke was very pleasant.
