Excellent cuisine, extremely courteous and professional staff.

We arrived at an awkward time, far too early for dinner and the kitchen was just warming up. However, the server was most gracious and said that he would do what he could to get us something to eat. I ordered a chicken caesar salad with a glass of white wine and my husband had a very large and incredibly tasty caprese salad and a beer. The presentation was impressive, considering the chef was likely prepping other dishes for the evening. I recommend this restaurant highly not only for the great customer service attitude, but for the tasty food. I'd been told by the person who'd suggested we eat there that the food is all fantastic. So, we shall return to Puglia and will have dinner there next time.

I've had a great coffee every morning for many years. Delio, the barman, it's a myth. Franciscan and delicious and always smiling.

In a warm evening of the Salento summer, we had sushi, sashimi and other raw dinners. without making many turns of words, I found the quality of the excellent fish, the curd knew of sea! accompaniment with waxy, excellent rosato and final with traditional sweets, very good and closure with bitter ... really great value for money, well done service and correct waiting times. Congratulations!
