Feedback gevenI've been to this location four times in the last month, looking for something a cut above the token sandwich chain. I have to say, when made correctly the sandwich is great. Unfortunately half of my visits have ended with food I paid handsomely for, yet did not eat because it was not made as asked.Stars equal to the amount of times out of four my order has been made correctly.
I usually Love jersey Mike’s but this place has people that are unfriendly. You can tell the cook has no idea what he’s doing. I ordered a steak and cheese with peppers only. I got the same receipt twice because they didn’t put peppers on the first one and instead of complaining, I went in and got another one. I had to specify multiple times to make sure they put peppers on it, I’ve never been to a Jersey Mike’s for they’ve gotten your order wrong. It took me 45 minutes to get two sandwiches made and there was maybe five people in and out of the store before me. Not one to ever complain but I know jersey Mike’s themselves. Should know about this.
Went for lunch today with my family. The three of them ordered cold subs and I ordered the giant cheesesteak. The manager gave my mom attitude during the initial order after my mom said a number 5 instead of 8 on accident. The sandwiches hadn’t even started to be made yet, but she still rolled her eyes. After about 10 minutes, I went up to the counter and was waiting off to the side, the same manager came up to me and said “are you waiting to order?”. I said I already ordered, I’m waiting for a hot sandwich and it’s been a while. She said “you can go sit down, we’ll bring it to you when it’s done”. 10 minutes later, my family was almost done eating and my mom went up again. The manager was looking around for my sandwich and even went and opened the mobile pickup orders to see if it had been put in the wrong bag. Turns out, they never even started making it! We asked for a refund on my sandwich and I had to go eat somewhere else after my entire family had already eaten. I get it, it happens sometimes when it’s busy. However, the attitude was unnecessary and when I went up to ask after 10 minutes, I was turned away without her even checking on it. Won’t be back to this location

Always greeted and in a very genuine way. Tuna is the best!
