Papi's Bistro - Magor, Caldicot

A gem in Caldicot! Visited the place for sunday lunch, can get packed quite quick so do recommend to come by early or make a reservation. There are lots of selection in the menu plus the sunday roast option every suncday. We had the most beautiful calamari in my life, with a light and not oily batter that is similar to the way they do calamari in Greece. The mains were perfectly flavoured and the sweets were just a perfect conclusion to a good meal. They had pistachio profiteroles, and ofcourse tiramisu both of which I highly recommend!

We are so lucky to have such an amazing Italian here in Caldicot. The menu never fails to deliver, the fish dishes are fab, the steaks cooked to order are perfect and the puddings!! You must try the cheesecake. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
