Pascoli's Pizza - Mahanoy City

I wanted to leave one star, but decided on two. The food is very good, which is the only reason I keep going back, and why I decided on two stars. The service is disappointing. The hours are 4-9, but it seems like they just don’t open some days. Often I’ll call or visit the shop on one of their normal business days, and they are closed. This has happened many, many times. If they’re open, they often don’t answer the phone and if you do get a hold of them it’s probably after numerous attempts to get through. As others have said, the phone is also often off the hook. I get it if they’re busy, but Ive seen there be 2 people inside and they freak out and say they’re busy. They appear to be understaffed and I assume this leads back to the owner, not wanting to pay for more staff. The workers have been changing lately but the usual, common employees are... hard to describe. They’re just not professional/business/service worker material. The way they talk to customers is sometimes rude and disrespectful. The way the workers argue and yell at each other, literally cursing at one another with customers inside is just... how are they still open? anyway good food

Just called at 4:03 pm to place an order..Lady picked up the phone and said hello? I said Hi can I place an order she said no you have 3 minutes yet? Wow! what terrible customer service!

Great food but good luck trying to get them to answer the phone been calling for literally 6 months and they only answered twice. If you call too many times they'll just unhook the phone so they can't hear it ring anymore.

No one ever answers the phone have to walk in and order which is very annoying. Stand there and just hear the phone ring off the wall

Good food, but they take the phone off the receiver when they get too busy.
