The owner is nasty and rude. He never speaks, he just grunts at you, and today he scolded me like a child for not making small talk with him when in the five years I’ve been going there he’s never once even made eye contact with me. Done going here.

Simply don’t provide this man business. The owner is rude and miserable. Treats customers like he owns them or something- it’s disgusting. The food is sub par on top of being treated like a child who is in trouble.

I used to be an every day customer but after the way I was treated I will never be back! The owner is an extremely rude hothead and has zero clue how to talk to any human LET ALONE CUSTOMERS.Bagel Train will be where you can find me from now on.If I could give a 0/5, I would.

If I could give no stars, I would. The owner worker(s) are extremely rude, essentially barking at you to ask what you want and being downright rude to you. The bagels are subpar at best and the service made the experience truly awful.

The bagel with cream cheese and turkey with provolone on a roll I got was very good but the owner needs to work on his people skills. I wasn't even finished giving my order before he was rolling his eyes and asking another customer their order. I don't care if that person was a regular they can wait their turn.
