So that I will say I recommend to them to give them an attempt.
They are open only on Saturday morning, but all locals row up and the people come from twin cities only for eating. the operation runs smoothly. they are dedicated to their honor to pay for what they take from the veranda, no service provided.
They love this place. absolutely delicious brote muffins quiche cookies. very sweet community-oriented atmosphere that is difficult to describe but easy to feel. highly recommended!
Loves all baked. we try to get there every weekend!
Waiting in a line, freezing my butt, not a way to enjoy my Saturday mornings. You can't get or see any cake that you want, bread that has no taste is all that is available it looks nice, but has no taste. We like a hearty whole grain New York Salt Rye bread that wakes you up in the morning and delivers power of goodness. However the cookies are fine when available. I have tried a number of times to go there and never any luck to get what was in the past exceptional. That said it is not worth the drive and effort, I now go to Red Wing Bakery, Hanisch. Their pastry is out of this world. I'm sure after the Covid passes you will be able to see what is available in their pastry department and select their fine pastries. That said, The Pastry Chef makes the best pies that we ever have had and awesome cookies. I think they need to learn about Masks, they work. I noticed all the good reviews are only in the past before Covid.
