Feedback gevenI always felt very safe and welcomed here. Whenever I mention a food allergy, I make sure to speak with a manager about my order instead of just relying on the regular waitstaff.
My son has celiac disease, which means he follows a gluten-free diet. The staff were very understanding and informed us about their separate fryers and the thorough cleaning process they use before preparing food. When I went to place our order, the first person I spoke to explained that she couldn’t take it and went to get the manager, who then took care of it. We have often struggled to feel comfortable dining out, but here we felt relaxed and confident that our son would have options. They offered a good selection of gluten-free items, and when the food arrived, it was clearly labeled as gluten-free with a red flag in it.

Bardo Lounge is an excellent choice for those with gluten-free dietary requirements, and the staff are well-informed about the necessary accommodations.
I had lunch at Bardo Lounge with my colleagues, and I was impressed by their extensive gluten-free menu, featuring brunch items, burgers, salads, and main courses. I placed my order with the manager, which made me feel more assured about my choices. My fried chicken club sandwich and fries came with flags marking them as gluten-free and safe for coeliacs. It was absolutely delicious, and I can’t wait to go back and try more options!
