Feedback gevenThe service at this restaurant was amazing! Even though we didn't have a reservation and it was a busy dinner time at 6:40 pm, they managed to find us a table. We ordered our food through the app, which was easy to do. The customer service was excellent, with the staff always eager to help and doing their best to make our experience enjoyable. Both of our dinners were delicious. I had the katsu curry, which was the best I've ever had, and my partner enjoyed the macaroni cheese, which he said was really yummy. The staff checked in on us to make sure everything was okay and that we were happy. We definitely plan on returning, especially since the prices are good and I even received a discount with my blue light card.
Jade and Kim provided us with excellent service, always wearing smiles and willing to accommodate any request. The food was delivered promptly and arrived hot. The pudding was absolutely delicious.
The pie was undercooked and floury, and my wife's fish cakes were burnt on the bottom. She had to cut off the burnt parts in order to eat them. The lettuce was slimy and inedible, and the button mushrooms were tough like bullets. It was clear that whoever cooked our meals was not a trained chef, as the quality was very poor. Despite the waitress's efforts to make things right, there was little she could do to salvage the meal. We will not be returning to this pub restaurant, and we will not recommend it to our family and friends in the Maidstone area.
Served by Jade and Joe, food prepared by Shan and H on 6 Feb. Excellent experience, the service was 1st class as was the wonderful food. I will not hesitate to recommend The Bull to all our family and friends.
Visited The Bull for a a family lunch overall poor service and food. The waitress was unfriendly and unwelcoming when serving us. The food took a long time to be served. The food we was served was awful it looked like a 5 year old had slapped together a meal. We barely touched the food, when the waitress asked if we were done with the food she did not acknowledge that the plates were still full. We said the food was not very nice, in a polite manner but the waitress was not accommodating in the situation. We also had a blue light card which we were later told could not be used due to two of us having the lunch menu but the other food ordered was on the standard menu so unsure why we couldn’t have had the offer on the other food. But at this point we just wanted to leave.
