Relaxing meal at the end of a difficult day. Couldn’t fault anything. Fabulous fresh and local food with energetic staff. The evening was a triumph with an excellent chateaubriand followed by the most incredible mango soufflé. Thank you chef Rob, waiter Harry and owner Zak. We will be back.

Wonderful pub with excellent service. Great for meeting friends for a cheeky tipple the food is delicious. Warm, inviting, kid dog friendly (as long as they are well behaved). Hats off to Julie all the staff for creating such a welcoming atmosphere, especially for us girls. It’s now our Friday afternoon go-to.

We had our son’s 1st birthday in the function room and wow what can we say the space is even more amazing than the pictures. Zak and his team were extremely accommodating in the build up to the event and everything was absolutely perfect from the set up to the brilliant buffet food. Special shout out to Jake who looked after us behind the bar so well, an absolute credit to the Kings Head team. Thank you for making a special day even better!

Regular customer with my friends, bar staff and manager always so very friendly. Never worry about turning up on my own as always so accommodating and lovely atmosphere!

Working lunch in a lovely environment. Julie the bar lady very attentive and I had no need to leave the table to reorder or lift a finger. Great service.
